Pamela Guyette, Principal

Pamela is a Principal with Executive Alliance. She has more than 20 years experience in domestic and global human resources, specializing in strategic design, information systems and process improvement. Specific areas of focus include HR organizational design, process and systems analysis, policy design and implementation of integrated human resource and payroll systems.  She joined Executive Alliance in 2002.

She also has a broad range of HR functional experience including staffing/planning, management training/development, international relocation, global and domestic policy design, employee relations, personnel administration/benefits and compensation program planning. She has been involved in a number of mergers and acquisitions, assisting clients in successfully integrating Human Resources across multiple entities.

Representative projects include:

  • Organizational Change and Process Transformation Lead for several global Workday deployments.
  • Training Lead for large multi-country manufacturing company; coordinating systems and process training and documentation in multiple languages.
  • Benefits Administration Services and Technology evaluations for several organizations, including: World’s largest privately owned real estate advisory firm;
  • Global Life Science leader, large US retailer of specialty pet supplies.

In addition, Pamela has been involved in numerous HCM solution and services evaluation and selection projects. Most recently she provided Project Management support for a large paper and packaging company involving the standardization of processes and data as a result in multiple acquisitions.

Client Experience

She has provided services to several types and sizes of clients. The list includes large, global companies including Liberty Mutual, Cushman Wakefield, Sensata, Accudyne Industries, ATS, Merck and Millipore.

Background and Education

Before joining Executive Alliance, she was a Senior Manager for Andersen’s Human Resource Enterprise Applications division, where she was responsible for managing Human Resource and HR Technology engagements across multiple industries. She also held the Position of Asia Pacific and America’s HRIS Manager for Digital Equipment and Compaq Computer Corporation, implementing PeopleSoft in over 40 countries.

Pamela is a member of the Northeast Human Resource Association (NEHRA), International Association for Human Resource Information Management (IHRIM) and Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).

She received a graduate degree in Administrative Management from Harvard University in June 2000. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management from Lesley University and a Human Resource Certification from Bentley College.
