Moira Miller has extensive experience in human resources and information technology management. Moira joined Executive Alliance in 1995. As a Senior Consultant, she provides services to public and private sector organizations in a variety of industries including financial services, healthcare, higher education, information technology, life sciences, manufacturing and retail.

Moira’s expertise includes helping organizations to define and communicate systems’ strategy, conduct business and technology needs analysis, define requirements, evaluate and select vendors, and optimize business processes. She has experience with all major vendors in the large and mid-to-small size human resources technology markets.
Moira has provided services to organizations in a variety of industries including Bose Corporation, Genzyme, Brandeis University, Johns Hopkins Healthcare, University of Pennsylvania Health Systems, Lifeline Systems, Concord Communications, Air Products, Case Corporation, State of Florida, Sun Life of Canada, Simplex Time Recorder Company, Putnam Investments, Thomson Financial, Genetics Institute, Brown Brothers Harriman, Babson College, Eaton Vance and Tyco International.
Background and Education
Before joining Executive Alliance, Moira’s career included substantial Human Resources functional experience, at the corporate and subsidiary levels, and all aspects of HRMS including strategic planning, workflow management, needs analysis, vendor evaluations, and project management.
Moira served on the Board of Directors for the International Association for Human Resource Information Management (IHRIM) and is a past member of the IHRIM Leadership Effectiveness Committee. She is current President of the Rotary Club of Shrewsbury, MA and in 2012 was named a Paul Harris Fellow in recognition of her community service.
