Kevin is a Principal and founding member of Executive Alliance. He has more than 35 years of broad information management experience which enables strong industry leadership to an organization that provides expertise in process and technologies for Human Capital Management. The reputation of EA is built upon a proven ability to assist organizations looking to improve their HCM processes and the use of technologies that support these processes.
His client activities focus on helping organizations develop a vision and strategy for the role of HRIS, as well as conducting needs analysis, defining requirements, evaluating and selecting vendors, and planning and managing system implementations.
Kevin has personally provided services to large and established organizations such as Bose Corporation, EMC, Boston Scientific, Air Products & Chemicals, SelectBuild, Cabot Corporation, Avid Technology, BankNorth, Dunkin Brands, Stop & Shop, GTECH Corporation, NYPRO, Inc., Sensata Technologies, Warner-Lambert/Parke-Davis, Northeastern University, Boston College, Fidelity Investments, Brown Brothers Harriman, The University of Massachusetts, University of Massachusetts Medical School, The State of Florida, Brandeis University, and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He has also worked with many smaller, emerging firms.
Background and Education
He has substantial experience in large corporate environments. Previous positions include Corporate HRIS Manager and Corporate Data Center Manager for Data General Corporation, where he was chartered with broad responsibilities for the development and implementation of information systems strategies. His career began with John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance Company data processing services.
Kevin completed the Colgate-Darden Executive Management Program at the University of Virginia and performed his undergraduate work in computer sciences at Southwest College.
For almost 10 years, he served on the Faculty of Bentley College’s (University) School of Continuing Professional Studies, where he taught courses in Human Information Systems. For two years he served on the Bentley’s Advisory Board.
Kevin served as a Director for the New England chapter of the International Association for Human Resource Information Management (IHRIM) and is a member of the Board of Directors for St. Mary’s Credit Union in Marlboro, Massachusetts.
