Ken is a Senior Consultant with Executive Alliance. He has more than twenty years experience as an Information Technology and HRIS professional. He has been with Executive Alliance since 2005.

He has provided services to several types and sizes of clients. The list includes large, global companies including TJX, Millipore, Dunkin’ Brands, Celestica as well as other New England based organizations such as the University of Massachusetts, Thermo Fisher Scientific, and many others.
Background and Education
Prior to joining Executive Alliance, Ken worked for Boston Scientific Corporation as a Director in both the Human Resources and Information Technology functions. Prior to that, he was a Senior Consultant at KPMG in their World Class HR Practice where he focused on helping clients leverage technology to improve their core business processes. He started his career at AlliedSignal as a HR Reengineering Analyst where he received certification as a Operational Excellence (Six Sigma) Green Belt.
Ken is a highly sought after speaker. He has presented at schools and industry conferences on topics such as Business Process Reengineering, business case development and HR Service Delivery. In addition, Ken taught Compensation Management in the Human Resources Graduate Program at Framingham State College.
Ken has completed the 6 Sigma Green Belt Certification.
Ken graduated from the Krannert Graduate School of Management at Purdue University with a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and attended Wake Forest University for his Bachelor of Arts.
